This workshop will help you learn from your textbooks and university lectures by introducing a variety of effective pre-lecture reading strategies along with in class note-taking and post-class techniques. The session will include organizing your reading strategy to make sense of all this new information so that you can be successful in your courses. You will learn how to listen for key points and summarize main ideas, preparing more meaningful and effective study notes.

Join the KPU Peer Wellness Team for a relaxing Seed Planting & Pot Decorating Social! Personalize your own pot, plant some seeds, and connect with your fellow KPU students. This free drop-in event is open to all students with no registration required. Supplies are available on a first-come first-served basis, so stop by while they last!
