Elder in Residence Request Form

KPU Indigenous Services for Students is pleased to help facilitate your request for KPU's Elder in Residence. When making your request, please consider the following:

  • Requests for special events and additional services are subject to fees (click for more info).
  • Custom requires the Elder's compensation be presented the day of the event.
  • Requests should be made 2-weeks in advance of the date requested.
  • Requestors will be contacted by us after the request has been reviewed.
  • Requests for the Elder in Residence will be considered in their entirety and completing this form does not guarantee that the Elder will be available for your event.

Please provide the name of the department or club making the request. e.g Arts, Office of the Provost, AIESEC
If your request has a specific title such as an event name or topic of discussion, please enter it here.
Please provide location details such as building name and room number.
If multiple dates needed, please provide details below in the "Details of Request" field.
Please include details such as the intended purpose and/or goals of your request, and any other particulars which need to be addressed.
