Citation In Employment And Educational Access
The Employment and Educational Access Programs at Kwantlen are designed to support students researching life and career goals. In addition to offering practical hands on experience, the program focuses on self and career exploration, responsible decision making and successful action plans. This 16-week program offers employability skills, writing targeted resumes, state-of-the-art interview skills; a computer training component and experience placement opportunities to gain recent valuable employment skills.
These are exploratory programs aimed at assisting students in identifying and researching realistic career goals and helping them in developing a plan of action to achieve short and long term employment and/or educational goals.
The student must be mature, motivated to learn and open to new ideas. Separate programs are offered for specific target groups.
Normal University College admissions requirements apply (with the exception of the English Proficiency requirement). In addition applicants should attend an information session and must have a personal interview with the instructor.
All Access Programs are tuition free.

Upon successful completion of this program, students are awarded a Citation in Employment and Educational Access.
