This course provides the opportunity for students to develop and improve skills and attitudes fundamental to success at the post secondary level. Course components include time management, reading techniques, notetaking, test taking, communication, learning styles, teamwork skills, and personal management skills.

This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop self-awareness, skills, and attitudes necessary for effective vocational decision-making.
