This body is composed of representatives from the Langley, Newton, Richmond, and Surrey campuses, who have specific duties and portfolios. Student Representatives are hired to represent student interests at the campus level. The structure of the Executive Board is as follows:

When a student registers at Kwantlen, the student's name, student number, address, gender and date of birth will be released to the insurer and the plan administrators.
