Feedback can be by provided by email to the Manager of Campus Security Operations – Kevin.Biln@kpu.ca. Please include date, time, location, SO name or description, and nature of feedback.
The manager will review the feedback. In case of positive feedback, it will be forwarded to the security officer’s supervisor and the security officer for acknowledgement. In case of constructive criticism, the manager will review the feedback. The manager will initiate an internal review directly or through our security vendor’s management. The complainant will be updated as to the resolution.
