Writing in The Potentiality, Kurt Heinrich notes that many Millenials are blending their work, passions and home life into a seamless career experience that makes room for passion projects, volunteer commitments and satisfying personal lives.

Heinrich calls it a new formula for workaholics, and he speaks from a position of experience, balancing his job as public relations manager for the Vancouver School Board with the responsibilities of being managing editor and partner at The Potentiality and communications chair for the Vancouver chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
