Seeking Alumni Rep for KPU board of governors
KPUAA is seeking an alumni representative to serve on the KPU board of governors for an upcoming term. This is a volunteer leadership role and the prospective candidate would possess executive leadership skills to govern a large organization’s policy and affairs which will add value to the current board. To be considered for this role, please submit your CV and a short biography with your contact information including email, phone number, and address to alumni@kpu.ca by December 31, 2014 at 5:00pm. Applicants will be reviewed and shortlisted in early 2015 and the appointment date is tentatively scheduled for July 2015.
Mentors with experience in research, accounting and technology required
KPU launched a mentorship program for alumni to give back in a meaningful way and share their experience with students or fellow alumni. We are currently looking for alumni mentors with a background in research and sociology, the technology industry, and accounting. If you are an alumnus and interested in being a mentor in these capacities, please complete the application form and submit it to the alumni relations office as soon as possible. KPUAA chapters program
The program is a way to stay connected with your special group of friends, meet new people, and stay connected to the university in a way that is meaningful to you. In general, chapters help promote the interests and welfare of a particular group of alumni. To find out more about creating a chapter and the program, please click here.
