Bachelor of Arts, Major in Applied Geography
Learn about the environment around you. The major in applied geography emphasizes the urban setting of human activity. Develop your skills working with diverse types of information with courses in geographic through, geographic information systems, and research design while exploring topics such as physical geography, human geography, natural hazards, society and urban space, and current geographic issues.
Bachelor of Arts, Minor in Geography
The minor in geography combines introductory lab-science courses with the skills, hardware, and software required to analyze and present spatial data. Courses include human geography, climatology, and the regional geography of Canada.
Associate of Arts, Geography
The associate of arts in geography provides a strong foundation and introduction to human geography and will prepare you for future employment in teaching, tourism, urban planning, or further studies.
