How to Apply
When you are ready to apply for admission to Kwantlen Polytechnic University, visit www.kwantlen.ca/apply to access Kwantlen’s online application. Before applying online, be sure to review the online Admissions Guide at www.kwantlen.ca/admission to ensure you are aware of current application deadlines, documentation required for your application, and other detailed information about the admission process.
Be advised that payment of the application fee is required at the time of application in order for your application to proceed. You will need a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express or an approved Interac® Online debit card to pay the non-refundable application fee. If you choose not to pay your application fee by credit card, we welcome your application and payment by mail or in person. Download and print out an application (in PDF format) from www.kwantlen.ca/apply. For paper applications, bring the completed application package to any campus Student Enrolment Services Office or mail it to:

Readmission to Kwantlen
Open Admission Programs
Students in open-admission programs do not need to re-apply for admission after missing a semester. Students remain eligible to register for up to two (2) consecutive semesters after applying and up to three (3) consecutive semesters (withdrawals excluded) after registering for a semester.
Selective Entry and Continuous Intake Programs
Applicants to selective-entry and continuous intake programs who are not selected for a program intake or who are selected, but do not register, are required to re-apply for admission to the selective entry program.
