Event Details
KPU Tech building’s address is 5500 - 180th Street. If you are arriving from 56th Avenue, please head south on 180th Street and go left behind the building to arrive at the parking lot. The southwest entrance near our auto mechanics classrooms is where you will register, we will have a tent set up outside of this entrance for visibility. Before parking, we recommend you drop off your banners and other materials when you register. We will ensure that all your stuff reaches the assigned booth while you park your vehicle.
Volunteers will be located at the registration door (South/East entrance) to help you with the following:
Greet and direct you to the registration table for check-in
Parking
Please note that there is a $5/day parking fee. Parking meters are located inside the building, near the entrances. Please refer to the map provided above for better reference.
As per the registration package, only 1 (one) free parking pass per organization will be allowed. Please have your license plate handy as the registration for one free parking pass will take place when you check in with our team at the location.
With the implementation of KPU’s new Parking Management Provider, Concord, you no longer need to display permits, as patrolling is done through license plate recognition (LPR) technology. This requires all guests to register their license plates with the Concord system.
Rental Agreements
We will require each exhibitor to fill out the Rental Agreement and return the form before or on the day of the event. It will be mailed to all the registered representatives.
Name Badges
We will be creating name badges for the representatives listed in the registration prior to the event. If there have been any changes to the representatives attending for your organization, please notify us and email careers@kpu.ca with the names of the representatives by Friday, November 7th, 2022. If we do not hear from you, we will have generic ones available.
Kindly leave your name tags on your booth table after the event as we will be happy to re-use the plastic holders.

Completed Photo, Video, and Digital Release Form
