I/we, the nominator(s), grant the DAISY Foundation, the Kwantlen Polytechnic University DAISY Awards Committee, and its members, permission to share my nomination, at the 2020 DAISY Awards Ceremony, on the KPU Health website, on the KPU Health social media channels, as well as the KPU Board of Governors report, including details of what makes the nominee an Extraordinary (above and beyond) Nursing Student in class/clinical/lab and/or online.
