Campus Colors & Connection is a workshop developed for college students that uses color as a medium for self-expression, personal reflection & connection.
What Happens in the Workshop?
The workshop is one-hour long and it incorporates:
- Brief education about connection and why it’s important
- A mindfulness exercise
- Creative expression
- Discussion about the creative expression activity (both in pairs, and with the full group)
The workshop will be led by Colors & Connection facilitators from KPU Student Health Promotion. No registration required!
Time: 4-5PM
