The idea of managing a project can seem quite daunting to many students. Project Management for Students is a 1-hour project management workshop designed to demystify this concept. Through the lens of Game Development projects, the workshop will acquaint students with management principles and task management tools for both team projects and personal use. It will enable them to feel confident in handling small projects and taking on management roles. Students will gain an understanding of common management pitfalls and how to address them, as well as learn how to set appropriate scopes and follow through.
