Posting, Displays, and Bulletins on Campus
Posters can be put up on general bulletin boards across all campuses (with the exception of Civic Plaza) by students, faculty and employees. Please set a reminder to take down any posters that have passed the dates/deadlines regarding the event. Please see other general guidelines below:
- Posters, information and bulletins are intended to support internal KPU initiatives for students, faculty and employees.
- Posted information is to reflect the diverse, respectful, and professional atmosphere expected within the university, following university policies.
- Posted information must be written in English, and may additionally be translated into other languages.
- Advertisements for external and/or 3rd-party businesses/services are not supported.
- Please be respectful to others and do not post over or take down any posters in order to make room for your own. If necessary, please rearrange the board to make room for all current posters.
- Please only use thumbtacks on poster boards, do not staple the poster onto the boards.
- The locations of the general bulletin boards are found below in the posting location maps. The general bulletin boards have a consistent appearance across all campuses to be readily identifiable as they all have a distinct black background.
- KPU monitors the general use boards and reserves the right to remove postings in violation of the guidelines.
- Many faculties and departments have designated bulletin boards for their own specific use. Posting and monitoring of faculty and department boards are managed by the Deans’/Department offices.
