Participating in the Contest

To further the engagment with students attending the event, our team will be running a stamp contest with students where they will be required to register, attend and chat with exhibitors to collect stamps. Every 5 activity stamps collected during the Contest Period earns the students one (1) entry into the Contest.

As an exhibitor you will be provided a stamp on the day of the event where you can then stamp on the contest cards of students that have engaged with your organization.    

Parking

With the implementation of KPU’s new Parking Management Provider, Concord, you no longer need to display permits, as patrolling is done through license plate recognition (LPR) technology. This requires all guests to have their license plates registered in the Concord system. Rental Agreements

We will require each exhibitor to fill out the Rental Agreement and return the form before or on the day of the event.

Name Badges

We will be creating name badges for the representatives listed in the registration prior to the event. If there have been any changes to the representatives attending for your organization, please notify us and email careers@kpu.ca with the names of the representatives by Thursday, September 22nd. If we do not hear from you, we will have generic ones available.

Kindly leave your name tags on your booth table after the event as we will be happy to re-use the plastic holders.
