Arley is a recent grant recipient at KPU that has developed an Open Educational Resource (OER) for Business Communications, receiving an award from BC Campus.

With her grant, Arley wrote an Open Textbook titled "Business writing for everyone: An inclusive guide to writing in the workplace".
