Andrea Niosi supported 34 fourth-year marketing students in creating an open education resource (OER) called the Open Guide to IMC (integrated marketing communications). Students curated open content, created original content, developed H5P content, and paid close attention to approaching the guide through an antiracism lens. Andrea, as faculty champion of Decolonization and Indigenization in the Melville School of Business, has recently presented to over 80 Business faculty on "Approaching Reconciliation, Indigenization, and Decolonization."
