The IT Department typically performs required server maintenance on Saturday nights from 6:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.  
During these times, some specified applications will be unavailable. A list of planned service activities will be published here.

Every effort is made to ensure that maintenance operations are as short as possible and have the minimum impact.

Regular monthly updates are applied to all KPU IT-supported computers and laptops.
The next update is taking place on Thursday, May 23rd beginning at 12:00 Noon or whenever the laptop is logged in after that time.

 

June 1 to June 210:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Banner Downtime for Maintenance

The following applications will be unavailable during the downtime.
• Admin Pages (Banner 9)
• Banner 9 apps (Student Registration Self-Service, Student Profile, Faculty Self-Service, Employee Dashboard, BDM, Communication Management)
• Online Self-Service (OSS.KPU.CA)
• FAST (Finance, HR, WebReq, PCARD, Budget, Student, etc.)
• Integration to and from Banner (Elevate, EPBC, Degree Works, AdAstra, Moodle, etc.)
• Other Online Self-Services (Adobe Creative Cloud Consent, Submit SIN, View Personalized Booklist, KPU Card Request)
