Help raise funds for KPU Student Bursaries! Volunteer for the 6th Annual KPU Foundation Golf Tournament – May 18
The Office for Advancement is hosting the 6th Annual KPU Foundation Golf Tournament on Wednesday, May 18th at Northview Golf & Country Club, Surrey and we would like to invite student, staff, and faculty volunteers to help us host a fantastic event! Funds raised from this year’s tournament will go towards supporting KPU Student Bursaries and supporting students that are in need. Volunteers are required for a wide variety of tasks on or before the event:
Friday, May 13 Help out with Décor and Prizes Volunteers |12:30-4:30 |Surrey Campus Boardroom
Tuesday, May 17 Help out with Décor and Prizes Volunteers |Surrey Campus Boardroom |9:00-noon, noon-4:00. (Lunch provided)
Wednesday, May 18 Tournament Volunteers | Northview Golf & Country Club
- Course Setup – 8:30 – 1:00
- Golf Cart Driver – 11:00-7:30 POSITIONS FILLED
- Registration Desk – 11:00-1:30 POSITIONS FILLED
- Putting & Chipping Contest – 11:00-7:00 (half day shifts available if needed)
- Roving Relief – 12:30-7:00
- On-Course Volunteers - 11:00-7:00 (half day shifts available if needed)
- Banquet Room 50/50 – 6:30 – 8:30
