Kwantlen Fashion Graduates Will Shine At The Show
Metro Vancouver, B.C. – (March 22, 2011) – On April 5th the River Rock Show Theatre will be the "in-place" in fashion and style in Vancouver.
Each year the graduating class from Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Fashion Design and Technology degree present their unique, fashion masterpieces during The Show, Kwantlen's annual fashion show. This year, The Show has three viewings, 1:00pm, 3:30pm and 7:30pm and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
"As the only program of its kind in Western Canada, Kwantlen has prepared its graduates to enter and succeed in the apparel industry," commented Barbara Duggan, dean, faculty of design. "The Show exhibits the diversity of the designers' strengths, as well as their creative and marketable design solutions. It also lets the industry know that our students are prepared and confident to enter the work force."
Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Fashion Design and Technology degree has made Kwantlen a destination school, attracting students from around the world.
