Metro Vancouver…..The KPU Eagles Department of Athletics & Recreation, along with men’s basketball Head Coach Vladimir Nikić, are pleased to announce registration details for the 2015 KPU Eagles men’s basketball player identification camp.
The camp will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the KPU Surrey gymnasium. The purpose is to identify any prospective Grade 11 and 12 students, as well as any prospective mature or current KPU students who are interested in playing interuniversity/collegiate varsity basketball at the PACWEST CCAA levels for the Eagles.
All participants must register online through the information below before the deadline of Friday, April 10, 2015. A completed waiver and $20.00 camp fee are due before warm-ups on the day of the camp.

The KPU Eagles Department of Athletics & Recreation enters its 14th season of interuniversity competition. The Eagles are members of the PACWEST conference and play in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) with 100 student-athletes participating on eight varsity teams in men’s and women’s basketball, soccer, badminton and golf. KPU athletics plays its home games at the Eagles’ Nest (Surrey Campus), Northview Golf & Country Club, Newton Athletic Park, all located in Surrey, BC and the Ace Badminton Centre in Richmond, BC. The Eagles are active in the conference with staff members on various advisory committees and competing to host both provincial and national championships. The student-athletes are mainly from the lower mainland but KPU’s rosters have included student-athletes from North America, South America, Asia and Europe.
