Discover what happens where thought meets action at Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s (KPU) second annual Langley open house.
KPU’s Langley campus will be a hub of free, family-friendly activities and entertainment on Wednesday, Sept. 27 from 3 to 7 p.m. Guests are invited to tour the campus, enjoy light refreshments, learn more about university programs and student services, watch live entertainment on stage, and enter to win great prizes, including a tuition waiver worth $500.
“Our annual open house events are always a wonderful chance for us to showcase the unique opportunities students have at KPU. Continuing on the success of our first Langley open house, we’re very excited to again welcome the community to KPU,” said Dr. Alan Davis, president and vice-chancellor.
Wednesdays also see the Langley Community Farmers Market on campus. Guests are invited to come early and browse the market, which runs from noon to 4:30 p.m.
The campus is home to many of the university’s horticulture programs, and features dedicated gardens, greenhouses, an in-ground nursery, and botany lab.
