I. OISS Summer Welcome Back Barbeque
We all love Summer in Vancouver! Before the Summer semester starts, we would like to invite you to join us for a barbeque at the Stanley Park! Bring your sunglasses, your sunscreen, your camera with you and meet friends from all around the world! (Or meet with your old friends again!)

II . International Dodgeball Tournament APRIL 19at SURREY GYM
Time to move around and hit it hard! Join the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) and Kwantlen Recreation on Friday April 19th at the Surrey gumnasium for a dodgeball tournament! No matter you are newbie/beginner or a master of dodgeball, you are welcome to participate!
*No entrance fee required!

IV. Curling at Richmond Curling Club *Registration has reached the limit and is now closed.
Join us for a day of learning the 'Sport of Curling' and save $10 as a KPU International/Exchange student! Enjoy an hour curling lesson and an hour game among teams!

How to Get There?
Option 1: Meet at OISS Richmond Office at 1:30pm and we will walk to the rink together. It will take us 15 minutes. Taking the bus will take 14 minutes so we decided to walk.
Option 2: Meet at OISS Surrey Office at 12:45pm and we will take the bus together. It will take us around 45 minutes to get there.
Option 3: You are welcome to go to the ice rink by yourself. We will meet at the entrance at 2pm.

V. British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) Information Session
Want to immigrate to Canada after you have finished your program at Kwantlen? Representatives from the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training are coming to Kwantlen and talk about the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) on Tuesday February 12 at both Surrey and Richmond campuses.
Don't miss this opportunity to speak with the Ministry's representatives and get your questions answered right away!

VII. Cypress Ski & Snowboard Day Trip

Come join Kwantlen students for a ski and snowboard day trip at the Cypress Mountain!

Place: Cypress Mountain (meet up and drop off at Surrey/Richmond campus)
Cost: $34 - lift ticket only, $72 - lift ticket + rental or $105 - lift ticket + rental + 2hour lesson
