Upcoming Rate Change — Starting May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, hourly and daily parking rates will increase at all KPU campuses:
- Hourly: $4.00 per hour
- Daily: $10.00 per day
Current rates remain in effect until April 30, 2026. See the Rates section below for current pricing.
Visitor and daily parking is available in all non-reserved stalls across all KPU campuses. A limited number of stalls are reserved for short stays of up to 90 minutes, marked with Visitor Parking signs.
When purchasing hourly or daily parking, enter your licence plate number at the pay station. You do not need to display your receipt or permit on your vehicle — KPU uses licence plate recognition (LPR) enforcement.
Daily parking permits are valid at KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley, and KPU Tech (Cloverdale).
If you park regularly, long-term permits (monthly, semester, or annual) offer significant savings over hourly and daily rates.

Using PayByPhone
When paying with PayByPhone, the licence plate and campus location code you enter must match the vehicle in the stall. A mismatch can result in a parking ticket. Always verify your plate number before confirming payment.
