We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Brewer to join our dynamic team. Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the brewing process from recipe development to packaging, ensuring consistent quality and flavor profile of our beers.
Manage brewery operations including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Lead and mentor the brewing team to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to develop and execute promotional strategies and events.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and new brewing techniques to continuously improve our offerings and stay competitive in the market.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the brewery.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of brewing experience in a production brewery, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Extensive knowledge of brewing processes, ingredients, and quality control measures.
Strong palate and ability to develop innovative and exciting beer recipes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making in a brewery setting.
Formal brewing education or certification (e.g., Diploma in Brewing, Cicerone) is an asset but not required.
