Areas of Interest

I completed my undergraduate studies in cell and molecular biology at SFU. I continued on to graduate studies and completed my master’s thesis in molecular neurobiology. I have been teaching biology laboratory courses at KPU since 2017. While teaching labs my goal is to create an environment that encourages students to ask questions, think critically and become confident in their practical abilities. I value the opportunity to interact with students and share my knowledge, skills and experiences.
