Job Description
We have a small(ish) team of around 8 people in our Abbotsford brewery and we're looking to fill the role of production brewer for mostly afternoon shifts (approx. noon to 8pm). There's room to grow
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accountable for Brewing Ops: Brewing on the 15 BBL system and overseeing all aspects of wort and beer production
Executing brew days within the scheduled time while hitting volume and extract targets Problem solving and maintenance on various brewing equipment when needed Brewery data entry (Ekos and elsewhere)
Brewhouse and surrounding area cleanliness
Accountable for cellar work: Product transfers cleaning tanks Gravities / fermentation assessment Dry Hopping / Fruiting Supporting packaging operations during downtime
Experience & Skills:
Brewing Diploma and/or commercial brewing experience
Pay Range: Annual salary: 45K - 48K
