David Sud

After graduating with a BSc in chemistry from McGill University in Montreal, the call of the wild was strong and David moved to British Columbia to explore the great outdoors and wild natural beauty of oceans, rivers, mountains and forests. While at Simon Fraser University, David completed a PhD in Organic Chemistry working on the synthesis of molecules which can interact with light for novel material and medical applications. Curiosity has brought him to investigate natural products, environmental chemistry, brewing, and analytical chemistry. David has been teaching at KPU since the summer of 2010. In his free time, David enjoys all outdoor activities, playing hockey and, most recently, adventure-cat training.​
