Isaac Seo

Isaac received his undergraduate degree jointly from Seoul National University (Korea) and Simon Fraser University before completing his graduate studies at Simon Fraser University under Prof. David Vocado in developing inhibitors of bacterial virulence factors. While attempting to overcome his research trials, Isaac opened his eyes to the glorious world of teaching. After teaching at SFU and Langara College, he joined KPU in Autumn of 2017 as a laboratory instructor.  Isaac currently has a joint appointment in chemistry and Environmental Protection Technology.

Outside of KPU, Isaac enjoys hiking, boxing and meticulously excluding the Oxford comma. Isaac also runs a successful business importing and distributing contact lenses from Korea.
