Are you looking for a creative, fun and challenging position in horticulture? BOTANICA DESIGN offers a place for you to continue the development of your skills in some of the most amazing private gardens in Greater Vancouver. This full time position is perfect for those wishing to escape from mundane maintenance and broaden their knowledge of plant material. You will work with a team of 4-6 people travelling throughout Vancouver and West Vancouver caring for exceptional outdoor spaces. The position requires employees to be physically fit, quick, efficient workers and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tasks will include all aspects of garden care and previous garden maintenance experience is essential.
- We take a natural approach to garden care and there is no lawn maintenance.
- This position also includes container garden installations and planting of our large design projects.
Experience & Skills:
- We are looking for experienced gardeners with a passion for working outdoors and a love of plants.
- This is a labour intensive job and candidates should be prepared for heavy lifting and working in all elements outdoors.
