No Limit Landscaping Ltd. is a full-service landscape construction company offering design and installation. Our main focus is mid to high end residential projects, and we service across Metro-Vancouver from Richmond to Vancouver to Langley. Our office is based in Burnaby, BC.
Title of position: Landscape Construction Labourer
Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Planning and constructing landscaped environments, including all ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns and softscape features;
- Planting residential and commercial lawns and gardens;
- Installation of paving stone patios, walkways, driveways, ponds, water features, flagstone and other natural stone patios, walkways and pool decks;
- Installation of retaining wall systems, including Allan block, drystack basalt, Pisa, and 4x6 pressure treated wood;
- Excavation of sites and grades; layout sites using laser levels and other equipment.
Experience & Skills:
- Owning your own vehicle is a huge asset and preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation – we service all of Metro-Vancouver and employees are required to get themselves to site. Not all jobsites are accessible by public transit
- Valid BC driver’s license is a huge asset and preferred but not required
- Fluent in English - Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs unassisted on a daily basis
- Capable of taking direction and engage in two-way communication with supervisor
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel Assets
- Having access to your own vehicle
- Experience in operating truck with trailer attached
- Experience in landscape construction
Compensation:
- $20-$26/hour dependent upon skills & experience with landscape construction
- Quarterly profit sharing after one year of continuous employment
