We couldn't be prouder to be the first students from the Melville School of Business in the SRIG Program at KPU. Our research, led by Marcelo Machado, raised crucial issues surrounding the Brazilian Amazon region, emphasizing its profound impacts on climate change, economic development, and environmental and social challenges. This incredible opportunity with SRIG resulted in the publication of our paper in teh European Journal of Sustainable Development in 2023.

To our fellow students, we encourage you to explore the opportunities provided by KPU through programs like this. Taking that extra mile in research has not only expanded our perspectives but has also been a transformative milestone in our journey before graduating as business students.
