Rasan S., Biology,
The Student Research and Innovation Grant has been a positive experience, shaping my academic journey and opening doors to opportunities for growth and exploration. With the support of the grant, I was able to perform extensive research on the possible usage of predator bacteria as a biocontrol agent against biofilms. Additionally, the grant provided me the privilege to present my findings at a prestigious Canadian Microbiology conference, amplifying the reach and impact of my research within the scientific community. I encourage interested students to pursue research with the support of SRIG, as it provides opportunity for learning experiences outside the classroom.
