As Brewing and Brewery operations students, we have learned about the importance of the emerging market of non-alcoholic beer. Researching this project has not only expanded my understanding of brewing techniques but has also given me a deeper understanding of how research is important for moving the industry forward.

Participating in this research project has been a great learning experience, allowing me to apply knowledge from coursework to real-world challenges. Collaborating with instructors and fellow students has provided invaluable insights into how to conduct and present research and made me look forward to future research possibilities.

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this exciting research and am looking forward to continuing to explore the possibilities that lie ahead in the brewing industry.
