Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system for the design, construction and operation of green buildings.
At Kwantlen all new buildings are designed targeted at LEED Gold or better and renovations are designed targeted at LEED Silver.

The Facilities department at Kwantlen has a strong commitment to follow LEED practices and currently has three LEED Accredited Professionals.
