Nick Chen

Nick Chen joined the Journalism and Communication Studies department in 2021 having previously taught at the University of Warwick, City University of Seattle, and Shanghai Jiaotong University. His research primarily focuses on media and communication studies, cultural economy and management, international management, culture and sustainable development. He also has extensive experience of developing film and media projects with community organizations, corporate companies, arts bodies, and universities. Nick has organized and facilitated events for UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and UNDP (United Nations Development Program) in various projects for media and cultural policies.
