Important Information to Remember:
Students Applying to Co-op

Students Accepted to Co-op
- Students who are accepted will have the Co-op option added to their program. Adding the Co-op option allows students to register for the required preparatory course, COOP 1101.
- Learn more about the COOP 1101 course here.
Accessing Co-op Jobs
- Access to jobs may be granted to students upon completion of the following Co-op requirements:
- Successful completion of COOP 1101
- Submitted the Co-op Student Agreement Form (Only students who are registered or have completed COOP 1101 can submit the form)
- Students are also assessed based on the following program continuance requirements. The conditions for each Co-op program could include having:
- Declared to a Co-op specialized program
- Maintained minimum GPA
- Sufficient time to complete required work terms and end on an academic semester
- Instructor Permission
Review the continuance requirements for your program here.
- International Students in the Co-op program are required to submit a valid Co-op Work Permit. Review and follow the steps to apply for Co-op Work Permit and request access to Co-op jobs here.
- Once all requirements are met, the students are granted access to Co-op jobs and secure a Co-op work term.
