Student Gowns
You will receive an email in December when the link to reserve your regalia is available. If you do not reserve your regalia, you will be charged a late fee of $35.00 plus a service fee, payable directly to Gaspard on the day of your convocation ceremony.
Guest Tickets
Before you reserve your guest tickets, make sure you have checked the Ceremony Schedule to confirm which date and time your ceremony is at. Graduates are able to reserve 2 guest tickets . Depending on availability up to 2 additional tickets may be available. If you do not reserve guest tickets, guests will still be able to watch the live stream in the overflow room and join the reception that follows.

Seating Policy
If guests are not seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, these guest tickets are no longer valid and guests will be directed to the overflow room.
Only guests with tickets will be granted admittance to the auditorium. All attendees, including any small children taking a seat, require a ticket for admission. Seating is first-come, first-served. The audience seating area will be open to guests with tickets 90 minutes prior to the ceremony. Guests must be seated at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
