The TELUS Health Student Support Program provides all KPU students with 24/7 Professional Counselling. Access to a large, diverse network of professional counsellors matches your unique circumstances with a counsellor who understands these experiences, in your preferred language and culture. Counsellors can provide immediate support and referrals to address a range of concerns.
All KPU students can access the TELUS Health Student Support App:
- Download the TELUS Health Student Support app available in the App Store or Google Play:
- Search for “TELUS Health Student Support app” then choose KPU, your home campus, and whether you are an international or domestic student.

Who answers the call?
When you call TELUS Health Student Support, you will be greeted by an automated menu that will ask you to confirm a few options such as:
- Menu language option: English or French
- International or Domestic student
- Service options: Support and Services, or Emergency
- Intake language options: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Arabic, Spanish, English and all others
To Speak with a TELUS Health Student Support Clinical Advisor
Select the Support and Services option (unless it is an emergency).
You will be greeted by a Clinical Care Representative who will collect additional information, including: school, full name, birthday, and language preference, prior to connecting you with a Clinical Care Counsellor.
This process only takes a few minutes.
