Who Should Enroll in KEPP?
The KEPP program is for you if:
- You meet all the admission requirements for one of KPU’s post-baccalaureate programs except the Undergraduate English Proficiency Requirements for Admission
- You’ve achieved an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher (minimum 6.0 in each band), or equivalent
Equivalents: TOEFL: iBT 80 or higher, no sub score less than 19; CAEL: 60 or higher, no sub score less than 50; PTE: 54 or higher; LPI: Level 4 with an essay score of 26 or higher; Duolingo English Test: 95 or higher

Post-Baccalaureate Studies
KPU offers four post-baccalaureate programs for students who have completed KEPP: Accounting, Human Resources Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Technical Management and Services. Each of these two-year programs is expertly designed to enhance your employment opportunities in Canada and abroad. Plus, graduates are eligible to apply for the Post-Graduation Work Permit program.

KEPP Program Details
You’ll take two business-focused English upgrading courses in your first semester at KPU.
- ELST 0381 (6 credits – $2,273.10)
- ELST 0383 (3 credits – $1,136.55)
Once you’ve successfully completed both courses with a minimum grade of B, you’ll be eligible to enroll in the post-baccalaureate courses of your program. It's that simple!
Study at KPU Civic Plaza
The KPU Civic Plaza is the home of graduate studies for the Melville School of Business, including post-baccalaureate and graduate diploma programs. The campus features a mix of modern, flexible, formal and informal learning spaces.
Situated in the heart of downtown Surrey, on the Surrey Centre Plaza, this campus is within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping, neighbouring both Surrey City Hall, the iconic Surrey Centre Library, and Surrey Central SkyTrain Station.
