Meet the Agent Relations and Performance Management Team

The International Agent Relations and Performance team oversees the management, development, and review of KPU’s agent network for international student recruitment, along with the International students refunds portfolio. This critical team ensures that the university’s agency relationships and engagement strategies align with the strategic priorities of the University, leading to the achievement of KPU’s international student enrollment targets. With agent commissions representing the second largest expenditures for the university, this position plays a critical role in financial management and will collaborate closely with the Finance department. 

This team is also responsible for the review, selection, and contract signing of agents, application supports and crisis response, performance management and incentive programs, and commission verification and processing. Additionally, this team is also responsible to ensure their compliance with contracts, analyses and forecast agent commissions and awards criteria.
