Selecting the Data Gathering Form

Part 2: Project Info. Tab (Submitting an application)

1. Select "Apply New" located near the top right-hand side of the screen
2. Under the section "Awards," click on the "Research Data Gathering Form" tab
3. Fill in the relevant information about your project
4. Click "Save" to save your work
