Student Signature Series 2025
Every year, second-year KPU Brewing & Brewery Operations students design, brew, analyze, package and sell their own signature beers as their capstone project. For 2025, a new signature beer will be released each Friday from Jan. 31-Mar. 28 (except stat holidays and KPU Reading Break). Click on the beers below for more information and release dates.
