Acceptable Signature Formats
- A handwritten signature on a document, including when the entire document is scanned, photographed, or faxed to the university.
- A graphic image drawn to match the user's authentic signature.
- A digital signature (drawn or typed) using secure software which verifies the identity of the user on the other end (e.g. Adobe Digital ID, DocuSign)
- A typewritten signature will only be accepted if sent from a KPU student or staff email account or uploaded through an online platform which is accessible only after authenticating with KPU credentials.
