Youth Train in Trades Transition Program
The trades and technology programs are offered on KPU Tech campus. This site houses classrooms and workshops as well as student recreational areas, a cafeteria, library, bookstore and student support services. Entering post-secondary education is both exciting and challenging. Exploring educational opportunities beyond secondary education requires maturity and the ability to make adjustments.
As a secondary school student you are probably used to consulting with your family about the important decisions in your life, including your academic endeavours. Entering the post-secondary system requires you to take more responsibility for making your own choices and decisions about your future life and occupation. Decisions about the future can be tough to make, however you are not alone in this process.
The Youth Train in Trades Transition Program for students is designed to help you to face the challenges of becoming a university student. This program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and awareness of the various elements required to achieve success in your particular program.
