Phoenix-Kwantlen Learning Centre empowers adult learners to re-enter education and work. Students create individual learning plans and get support with English and math from basic literacy levels through to Grade 11. The program also helps learners move on to KPU's campuses or other educational settings where they can complete the BC Adult Graduation Diploma or enter other programs.

Financing
Courses are free. Program intake costs for application fees are covered by KPU. There are no other fees applied. Assistance with the application is readily available.
Information & Enrolment
Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 am–12:00 pm & 1:00 pm–4:00 pm
The program is offered on-site at the Phoenix Centre, which is located only five minutes from King George Skytrain station and one minute from Surrey Memorial Hospital.
