Prior Learning Assessment (PLA)
KPU values learning gained through formal education, work, training, and other life experiences outside traditional academic settings. Through Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR), KPU awards credit for relevant learning that applies directly to your declared program of study. Find out how to request a PLAR here.
Advanced Entry
Advanced entry means that you have prior education or learning from another program and are seeking to enter a program at KPU Wilson School of Design at a point beyond the first year.
