Build an Emergency Kit
In an emergency, you will need some basic supplies. It is important to be self-sufficient for at least 72 Hours. It is very important to have supplies ready for an emergency. Most people already have these supplies around the house, but the key is to make sure they are organized and easy to find. Building an emergency plan does not need to take long. It is also very helpful to have a kit in an easy to grab and go bag in case you need to leave your home or work.
This is a sample list of basic supplies you will need for your emergency kit. It is encouraged to have additional supplies and even additional kits like car kit, grab and go etc.
