Meeting Room and Conference Center Support

IT provides hardware and software support for KPU meeting rooms and conference centers.  If you have booked a room and need IT support please contact the IT Servicedesk at least 10 days prior to your booking to arrange support.

Things to Consider

What technology will you need for your meeting?

  • Will you be using the computer and data projector?
  • Will you be using BlueJeans or Skype for video-conferencing?

The IT dept. can assist you by providing pre-event orientation and on-going day-of-event support.  Please note that special arrangements need to be made for IT support outside of the standard support hours.


After-Hours Conference Support

IT offers limited support for the Surrey and Richmond Conference Centers outside of standard support hours. The Conference Centers can be booked for evenings and Saturdays when IT technicians are not typically available. Arrangements can be made through IT Managers to have technicians available for evening and Saturday events.
